Leading by example, Derelle is responsible for fostering HFM’s positive work culture. Her passion, hands-on approach and care for staff has grown HFM into the global manufacturing power it is today.
Derelle enjoys keeping fit and healthy and taking long walks along the beach with her family and their two beautiful Labradors, Hugo and Ralph.

Billy has over 25 years’ experience within the Pharmaceutical, Nutraceutical, Veterinary and most recent Cosmetic industry. He has worked in the UK, New Zealand, China and Australia within quality, technical, operations, engineering, and supply chain. Billy has a strong passion for Australian manufacturing and keeping it in Australia.
Billy enjoys spending time with his partner, family, and adorable dog “Hector”. Billy's favourite thing to do over the weekend is cooking and having a glass of wine to relax.
Bachelor of Science, Majoring in Chemistry
Kim has over 15 years’ experience in the Pharmaceutical industry, encompassing roles in quality control, quality systems, quality and regulatory compliance, training and packaging. Kim is experienced with TGA and FDA requirements and has a passion for driving the exceptional product quality that HFM is renowned for through compliance and a continuous improvement mindset.
Outside of work Kim enjoys spending time with family and friends, keeping fit, and cooking.

Bryce has extensive experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing for the biotechnology industry, with a strong background in production for CDMO. He has developed expertise in regulated manufacturing within Australia, adhering to cGMP, TGA guidelines, and ODC requirements. Bryce is passionate about maintaining the high standards at HFM in all areas of manufacturing.
In his personal time, Bryce loves surfing on the weekends and cooking with his partner, where he is proudly dubbed the dedicated 'sous chef'.

Lyndal has over a decade of collective experience in the management of End to End, Direct, Indirect and Capex procurement across the manufacturing fields of TGA, FSANZ, personal care, medical devices and FDA. Lyndal’s experience ensures that the supply chain at HFM is managed to the highest possible standard. Lyndal’s long standing supplier relationships in the industry ensure the timely supply of quality raw materials to meet customer expectations. Lyndal also brings extensive experience in supply and quality contract implementation and management and has successfully managed the supply chain requirements for both small and large scale operations.
Lyndal enjoys spending time with family and friends. Weekends are often spent traveling interstate to see extended family or outings with her young family in Brisbane.
Bachelor of Business, Majoring in International Business
Todd comes with 6 years of planning, procurement & supply chain experience in the FMCG manufacturing space , and a further 13 years in logistics & international freight.Todd has a passion for ERP/MRP systems & using them to streamline operations, reduce costs & improve efficiency.
Outside of work, Todd enjoys spending time with his dogs, building Lego and participating in grassroots motorsports.
Providing an invaluable Engineering and Maintenance role for our busy manufacturing facility. Jason comes with 15 years’ experience working in Pharma/Nutraceutical and GMP facilities. Jason is on call 24/7 to attend to any breakdown or maintenance issue to ensure the facility is humming efficiently.
When not fixing machines outside of work Jason enjoys family time along with playing some great tunes on the drums, guitar and also learning the Japanese language.
